Forum sign-up rules
In order to sign up for the forums, you must have a runescape account which is in active use. both member and nonmember accounts are allowed. making more than one account on forums is forbidden (unless you forget a password to an old account, in which case the administrator should be informed). Using your runescape username when you register is highly recommended, but not necessary. all passwords are SECURE (at least to my knowledge) but if you dont feel safe using your password, then pick a password that is different from the password to your runescape account.
